Despite the language barrier with some staff members, Polina went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, showcasing exceptional hospitality. The comfortable room with a spacious terrace allowed me to unwind and take in the stunning mountain scenery, truly enhancing my overall experience. The cozy sitting area in the restaurant and the well-kept garden furniture added a charming touch to the ambiance, making me feel right at home. In conclusion, Tihiat Kat not only met but surpassed my requirements, offering a truly exceptional Balkan retreat that I cannot wait to revisit.
